I am truly disgusted that Ms. Odone has nothing better to do than to attack a group of people for no other reason than her daughter's playmate and mum did not taste her Victoria sponge! Get over yourself woman! It's just a cake. Why you would decide, based on that, that most parents are neurotic? Have you done any research to back this statement up? This blog is nothing but an attempt to rile up the masses at a group who have better things to do than argue back.I find it sad that the Telegraph even bothers to post this. What is the benefit? To attack a group of people in order to feel smug and self rightious? For shame! It does a disservice to those of us with children who actually have severe (life threatening) allergies to certain foods. The amount of time that is spent trying to stay out of the hospital while trying to make our children's lives as normal as possible would surprise you.
Would you make fun of any other chronic medical condition?

And then I asked the editor consider removing the article as it incites hatred toward a group of people and is not worthy of their publication.
