I cannot eat meats anymore. There must be a new chemical (additive) that they're adding to all meats. Being a meat eater, this complicates my life.

I'm not sure when this additive (chemical) first enters the meat. It could be in their feed supply. Would be the cheapest. But it also could be injected or brined.

It all just started this past November. Never ever have I ever had an intolerance to meats.

Allergic to shellfish, penicillin, blackflies, fire ants, harsh chemicals in shampoos; hot foods; molds; did I say fire ants...hehe

Have you tried organic meats? If you feel your problems are caused by something that is added to the meat, wouldn't organic meats be safe?

I have trouble with store-bought meat as well because of the corn derived organic acids they put on it. I am allergic to corn. I do fine with the beef and chicken I get from a local farmer. Here are some sites that discuss the use of these organic acids on meat: ... pefiijmgox ... &query=and ... 05/06&p=15
