"Stumbled" on a Perogy dough mix the other day! Cooked them up - they're awesome! My sister-in-law had her first perogie in 5 years since being diagnosed with Celiac disease.

Kaybee Pyrogy Dough is what it's called. It was a bit tricky to work with and you needed lots of bench flour (I used Celemix Pastry Mix). Filled them with our regular cheese, potato & onion filling. Froze them BEFORE boiling. Pefection!

It's a great addition to any holiday meal.

I can post fill recipe if anyone shows interest.

I just tried making perogies for the first time a week- it must be the weather! :)

Daughter: asthma, allergies to egg, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, most legumes (not soy and green beans) & penicillin. Developing hayfever type allergies.
Husband: no allergies
Me: Oral Allergy Syndrome, Allergic to Birch trees
