Registration - $85.00 per person

Youth Session - $25.00 (ages 13 - 21) Includes entrance to the afternoon session. A permission form will be sent to you by email for youth under 18 years of age.

If only I lived in or closer to Ontario... You'll have to let us know how it goes, who was there, what they talked about, etc.

We attended the conference on Saturday, along with our 13 year old son. He very much wanted to participate in the morning youth program, and he found it to be a valuable experience. We found the conference to be very valuable and informative as well. So very glad we attended, and so appreciative of the efforts of Anaphylaxis Canada to bring together such a worthwhile conference.

18 yr old daughter: no health issues
16 yr old son: allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, egg, fish, sesame,sunflower,mustard,poppy seeds, peas, carrots, some fruits, instructed to avoid legumes(except soy & green beans),pollen, cats, horses, cold urticaria
