Support for support groups - from the Support groups of CAST!!

The CAST addiction support groups are hosting a day of activities focused
on support for support groups! The day includes an after noon workshop
for people running or wanting to start an independent group of any kind.

Attend any part of the day or the whole thing.

Please post, forward and promote wherever you see fit - this is for ALL
types of support groups or those thinking about starting one.

Collect ideas to keep your peer support group focused, energized and rewarding.

This FREE event is for members and leaders of any self-help or peer support group and people thinking about starting an independent support group. If interest is shown, an event for professionals about how to nurture the creation of a healthy self-help group can be planned for winter.

Join us to:
- Share successes from your own group experience
- Learn strategies to improve group dynamics
- Explore challenging situations through roleplay ( voluntary )
