Loblaws pharmacies are doing their annual focus on food allergies, and this year I saw an excellent resource - it looks like a regular leaflet / brochure but when you open it, there is a list inside of all the President's Choice peanut-free snacks available in their grocery stores. If teachers are looking for a list of "approved" snacks this might come in handy.

My ds isn't allergic to peanuts, and I haven't had a good look at it yet so I can't pass an opinion on how great it is ... but you might want to have a look.

Also available for the next month or so - if you are filling a prescription for any epinephrine autoinjector, you can get the pharmacy to print out an action plan, it's the same one used by Anaphylaxis Canada (they are partners in this initiative).
