Today was the last day of a festival thing going on in Edmonton called Heritage days. It is in a very large park and has many different foods from many different countries. So, I was listening to ched again (this talk radio is getting to be a habit) and at about 5:45 ish pm the hosts of this particular show Primeau and Grose are there at the site, their stint is just about done and someone comes to give them food from out and the guy is thirsty too and asks for some water....the lady that brought the food says if you need water the St.Johns' Ambulance is giving water out. Anyway, one thing leads to another and she says the biggest problem over there at the St. Johns' tent is not dehydration but PEANUT ALLERGY REACTIONS because people don't think about what is in the food they are getting. :banghead We sure need more awareness here in Alberta.

Myself - Seasonal, cats
dd-asthma (trigger - flu) anaphylactic to eggs, severe allergies to bugspray and penicilin, pulmicort
ds-Seasonal, cats and OAS
dh-allergy cats, bugspray and guava, outgrew egg allergy
