Does anyone know of any flours that are not processed in sesame or soy plants? A new member is searching for this. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I believe she was looking for gluten-free flours, correct? If she has resources to make her own, that may be the best option. We do that a lot at home with safe whole 'grains' (rice, oats, quinoa, chickpeas, coconut, etc.) with our high-power blender.

anaphylaxis to tree nuts, peanuts, potato, wheat, sorghum; asthmatic, dairy intolerant, vegan
other family members allergic to to dairy, egg, peanut, peach, sesame, environmentals

If it is for soy and sesame, we use PC Organics (whole wheat & all purpose).
They can be reached at 1-888-495-5111 and if callers provide the UPC#, they can inform whether the priority allergens are in the product, on the line or in the facility.
As is always the case, the information may change over time, so people should call to verify according to their comfort level.
I hope this helps!

We love PC for this reason...

daughter: ana for egg, sesame, dairy, pistachio/cashew/hazelnut. on contact. allergic+ to soy protein isolate, environmental allergies (e.g. dogs, dust mites). asthma. eczema.
