re: Winter 2009 edition
For the sake of clarity:
1. Could ingredients be listed in order of use;
2. Kindly note the size of pan required for baking.
I am making the Cranberry and Banana Loaf and am guessing that I should use an 81/2 x 4 inch loaf pan.
I guess there is no question contained here but it is so frustrating to be in the midst of all my Christmas baking and suddenly have to screech to a halt for the lack of detail. Any comments?

Yes, that's correct. The first instruction does mention greasing a loaf pan.
So the standard size, as you mention.
Hope it turned out well.
