A couple of times recently when responding to a post, I have responded, and later saw that my response had been recognized as "Guest". I then realised I had not been prompted to log in (register). Tthought I should mention this in case there is some sort of problem at login...

Hi everyone

I went through a whole series of tests last year to see if I had Celiac disease, which I don't (would have been awful in addition to all my allergies). During the time when I was unsure, I went off gluten completely and felt absolutely FANTASTIC - before, I would wake up around 8 and be tired midmorning. My grandfather had Celiac and my cousin is allergic to wheat, and I wonder if I could also have a mild intolerance, one that causes fatigue, or like Celiac disease, inhibits vitamins from being absorbed.

Since I already have so many limitations in my diet I sort of gave up the no GF routine, until recently when I stopped again and had the same amazing results - no naps, no fatigue, restorative sleeps.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
