Two places that are peanut and nut allergy aware that we trust and are yummy. With that said I would still contact the restaurant directly to make sure nothing changes and that you are confident in their processes.

Score Pizza; The owner and his daughter have a peanut allergy so they get the allergy. They do not suggest you eat any of the desserts and they are made on a line that processes nuts.

Diane's Fish Shack and Smokehouse

Allergy aware. Good communication process between servers and the kitchen. No desserts are safe here. They do have macadamia nuts in an appetizer but have a process to keep it seperate.

I had a great experience years ago at Aquaterra restaurant in Kingston.
It was my MIL's 8th birthday and people insisted on a restaurant.
After speaking to the manager and the chef we had a lovely experience. They are known for their buffets. The chef made up some safe plates of dd's favourite foods before sending the foot's out to the buffet.
He even made a dish just for her!

Daughter: asthma, allergies to egg, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, most legumes (not soy and green beans) & penicillin. Developing hayfever type allergies.
Husband: no allergies
Me: Oral Allergy Syndrome, Allergic to Birch trees
