Hi All
Know zero8 is closed
but - any recommendations for really solid allergy aware restaurants in Montreal that can address complexity for multiple allergens?
We're dealing with PN, TN, Egg, Sesame, Dairy, Soy Protein Isolate and while we know the Fairmont chain does very good FA training, their menus don't look appropriate :(
Any suggestions would be welcome!

You might want to speak to one of the Fairmont restaurants, though.

Soy is among my allergies and they've been very good, in my experience, at accommodating allergies beyond their so-called lifestyle menu.

Their kitchens are getting excellent training.
