I did not know this: usually at our gym (peanut free), kids are eating Chex Mix...so I read the bag just to make sure it's peanut free - I know sometimes ppl add peanuts to homemade Chex Mix...anyways, it's got peanut flour and almond flour! I did not know this! This is one of those foods that may easily seem safe to one of our friends, caretakers, or relatives. Just wanted to put it out there in case any of you were in the dark about this, too!

FYI - that's a new gluten-free product, available in the States but not yet in Canada.

I'm glad to see more g-f products on the market for our colleagues in avoidance with celiac. Just wish these big cos. would use one of the many allergy-safe g-f flours available without going to peanut flour. Kind of like, give with one hand, take away with the other.
