We use Centrum Junior Complete. About a year and a half ago when I was looking for vitamins, I was surprised that some of the companies could not guarantee that their vitamin were allergen free - milk, egg, nuts and fish.
My kids are okay with the taste and it has minerals included too - calcium and iron in particular. I want to make sure my daughter has sufficient calcium. I should someday look into just a calcium vitamin for her.

13 year old daughter -- lives with life-threatening allergies to milk, tree nuts and peanuts; seasonal allergies (birch, maple, ragweed); pet allergies; asthma; and eczema
10 year old son - no allergies

We use Disney Winnie the Pooh Complete Multivitamins. I was also recently looking for a calcium powder suppliment. My pharmacist told me about one that she tried at a trade show and she said it was tasteless and could be mixed with anything. It's from Swiss Herbal and it's called MagiCalcium. Ingredients look safe, the company said it is dairy, corn, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, egg and nut free, so I have a can on order.

DS Sept 2006 - peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, coconut; contact reactions. Asthma. Many animal and environmental allergies.
DS Oct 1990 - Environmental allergies
