Michelle Chow was excited when her local mall began hosting holiday events for kids. But then she and her young son with multiple allergies were forced to flee – as the stores began dishing out unsafe candies. This allergy mom wrote to the mall management, letting them know of her unhappy experience. What she never expected was the kindness of a key manager – and a Halloween event that clearly proved: speaking up can work wonders! ... -everyone/

This year the even is advertised as:
Halloween Event 10am - 2pm

Free facepainting and crafts in Laura Court as well as a trick or treat trek at participating retailers. Visit Guest Services for your map starting at 10am on October 31st.

Non food treats will be made available at certain stores for those kids with allergies 'above and beyond peanuts/tree nuts'. Please check your map for those stores.

Place D'Orleans has TRIED to ensure all treats are pn/tn safe.
