Has anyone been to a birthday party at Supertstore / Loblaws? The invitation states their kitchens are not peanut/nut free. I'm not sure how to handle this one so any advice is appreciated.

Our daughter has been to two Superstore cooking classes and one Superstore cooking party - but she doesn't have any allergies. During the first half of the party the kids help cook their meal and then the during last part of the party they eat what they've prepared.
From the booklet of food classes (children and adult) I remember seeing that many different foods classes were offered with all a large variety of different foods.
If your daughter is old enough to understand not to touch her face etc. she should be fine but from my own experience I'd never have my son eat anything prepared in that kitchen.
I hope there is a way your daughter may join in the party. The set up and instruction is very well organized, unfortunately it isn't the best scenario for a food allergic child.
Good Luck!

...I just thought of something else. I've been in Superstore shopping when I've seen cooking/birthday parties take a tour behind the the bakery counter. I'd check if your daughter's friend's party is doing this as the bakery is full of nut cakes/pastries etc..
