Mary, I don't blame you for feeling frustrated by the response.
I can understand they don't name names, but I don't follow why Mr. Tremblay couldn't say what steps would be taken to make ensure these attendants are better informed of the airline's new allergy policy.
That "it's internal" response isn't exactly reassuring to you or your fellow allergic travellers here. Did you end up filing a complaint with the CTC?
