Becky, Montreal is a beautiful city. I hope you have a great time there.

I find St. Hubert restaurants are usually very allergy aware. Also, there is Zero 8 with is free of the top 8 allergens. I haven't had a chance to eat there yet but the reviews have been good.

I have a peanut allergy and have found that most restaurants are accommodating when you tell them your allergies.
