Hi I have recently discovered that I am allergic to sulphites, and I am confused as to what I may or may not be able to eat. It sems eveytime I eat something else triggers a reaction, sometimes even when the ingredients say there are no sulphites in it. Can anyone help me in anyway to making this easier to live with.

Thanks :D

Welcome to the forum. I can't really help since we're not dealing with it but I believe others on the forum are.

Also check out ... lphe.shtml for some more info. My understanding is that sulphites are quite a tricky allergen because they are added to so many foods.

If you are reacting to things, call the company and ask them if there is a chance that sulphites could have been added to the product or to one of the components.

Wish I could be more help!
